Moderators can be assigned here as well, and the newest BOINC server code keeps the news section alive even if the database is down. RKN needs to keep it's team identity separate from the project identity.

The standard BOINC-provided forums are fully integrated with the project and users accounts, so no separate registration is required.

How did you ever expect to go public if the server was acquired at a specification that can't handle a few test users? What is the specification of the current server, and what do you plan to acquire? People should know that before they are asked to donate to a black hole.
