Just a short note on the latest developments: I am currently experiencing remarkable interest in our project at the RNA conference in Seattle. It seems that quite a number of people is interested in cooperating with us in the future. Some of these people do have full trancriptome sequences available that would help us to validate our computational results on a lab experimental basis. So, I think these are really exciting news.
